Documented specifications
Fanvil · Fanvil maintained a current product page, a datasheet dated March 3, 2026 and a firmware listing through version 2.12.26.11 dated October 9, 2026 at review. The Security Center listed a support period through December 31, 2026. Regional order codes, stock, installed firmware, service certification, accessory combinations and any later support remain current-evidence questions.

Unlisted fields remain unverified. Platform compatibility and remaining support life require confirmation for the exact ordered model.
Record the Pro phone and BTH60 as one exact inventory
The V62 Pro product page describes an enriched Bluetooth handset and interchangeability across V-series Pro models. That statement does not prove that an arbitrary handset, regional package, battery or firmware combination will pair correctly. Record the full phone label, hardware revision, order code, BTH60 identity, charger, installed firmware and provisioning assignment before rollout.
The Bluetooth handset is an accessory to the phone. It does not create another SIP identity, carrier channel or independently reachable extension. Pairing and locate success also do not establish registration, authorization or a two-way media path.
Do not turn three capacities into one line count
Fanvil documents 12 SIP lines, up to 21 DSS positions and six-way conferencing. SIP identities, programmable controls and conference participants are different resources; none states how many carrier channels, queue members, monitored users or simultaneous calls the deployed service permits.
Map each key page, label, target and expected state to the actual account and PBX feature. Pilot answer, hold, attended and blind transfer, BLF, park, pickup, voicemail and recovery. Preserve the observed call state instead of treating a programmed label as proof that the action completed.
Validate power, Ethernet and headset paths separately
The datasheet lists dual Gigabit Ethernet, IEEE 802.3af PoE, RJ9 handset and headset ports and specific EHS cable paths. Connector presence does not establish switch budget, VLAN behavior, headset call control, acoustic protection or a supported cable-and-firmware combination.
Inventory the exact switch port, supply, cable and headset. Test handset, speaker and approved headset independently through answer, mute, volume, hold and transfer, then repeat after cold boot and an approved firmware change. A powered display or paired handset is not evidence of registration or usable audio.
Separate published firmware from running and approved firmware
Fanvil's firmware page listed V62 Pro 2.12.26.11 with an October 9, 2026 release date when reviewed. That proves a manufacturer listing, not the version installed on one unit, regional approval, service certification or a safe upgrade result. Capture the running build, configuration backup, release notes, approval owner and rollback path.
After an authorized update, repeat provisioning, registration, calls, DSS actions, BTH60 pairing, headset control, restart and recovery. Preserve both the before and after versions; a successful download or boot is narrower than service acceptance.
Prove provisioning and protected transport as state
The datasheet lists automatic provisioning, HTTPS, TLS, SRTP, 802.1X and management controls. These are capabilities with separate configuration and evidence. Record the actual provisioning URL and trust anchor, management exposure, signaling transport, negotiated media protection and network authentication.
Restrict administration, rotate credentials, protect exported configurations and logs, and remove temporary captures after the authorized investigation. A secure-capable feature list, HTTPS page or lock icon does not prove end-to-end call protection.
Accept the phone, handset and service together
Run an authorized acceptance covering cold boot, provisioning, registration, inbound and outbound identity, two-way audio, mute, hold, transfer, voicemail, DSS controls, BTH60 pairing, charging and locate behavior, approved headset, restart and network or power recovery. Validate emergency location and calling only through the provider-approved process and keep an independent emergency path.
No V62 Pro, regional package, BTH60 handset, battery, display, network, headset, firmware, account, PBX, protected session, emergency route, availability, compatibility, price, audio result or live call was inspected or tested for this reference.
