Fanvil business IP phones

Choose Fanvil desk phones by exact model, radio, port, power, programmable-key, firmware and provisioning requirements.

Reviewed 2026-10-13Fanvil's current V Series catalogue and V64, V65 and V67 product, document and firmware records were reviewed through October 8, 2026; no phone, package, power source, network, radio, display, camera, application, accessory, provisioning service, firmware, PBX, protected session or call was inspected or testedIntermediateDocumentation based · not lab tested

Select an exact model before transferring a family feature

Fanvil's V Series contains models with different displays, radios, ports, keys and accessories. Start with the operational role and exact model label, then obtain its current datasheet, manual, firmware index and regional order record. A feature shown on the V Series page or another V model is not evidence that every phone includes it.

Keep configured SIP lines, physical keys, paged DSS assignments, active calls and call-start capacity as separate quantities. Treat conferencing, recording, paging, security-product integration and server-dependent features as workflows that need compatible PBX and exact-version acceptance.

Keep wired, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth paths separate

The V64 documents dual Gigabit Ethernet, integrated PoE, built-in dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2. Other Fanvil models can expose a different combination. Record the commissioned interface, VLAN, authentication, power source and permitted radios for each device rather than assuming that a network icon or family name describes the active path.

Wi-Fi support does not establish coverage, roaming or voice quality. Bluetooth support does not approve an arbitrary headset or paired mobile-device workflow. Pilot each required interface and keep its failure and recovery behavior distinct.

Own provisioning, firmware and administrative access

Define who controls DHCP or SIP plug-and-play discovery, configuration files, web administration, device credentials, certificates, firmware and rollback. Fanvil's document and firmware indexes establish available references and releases, not the build installed on a phone or approved by a service provider.

Capture the exact label, hardware state, installed firmware and configuration owner at acceptance. Protect provisioning URLs, credentials, exported configurations, packet captures and logs, then remove temporary access after diagnosis.

Validate power, accessories and physical deployment

The V64 manual documents PoE and an external-adapter path, optional adapter packaging, separate wall-mount hardware, Ethernet and PC ports, headset and USB connections. Every model and regional package still needs its own bill of materials. A connector does not establish that an accessory, cable, power supply or wall kit is included or supported.

Verify switch power budget, UPS scope, cable path, mounting, handset, headset controls and any USB workflow on the exact phone and firmware.

Pilot the complete phone and service workflow

Use a representative device and intended calling service to test provisioning, restart, registration, inbound and outbound calls, caller identity, mute, hold, transfer, voicemail indication, BLF, pickup, conferencing, headset, speaker, network interruption, power interruption and update recovery. Keep phone behavior, PBX configuration and provider routing as separate evidence.

No Fanvil phone, regional package, power source, switch, WLAN, Bluetooth accessory, USB device, provisioning service, firmware, account, PBX, protected session, emergency route, availability, compatibility, price, audio result or live call was inspected or tested for this hub.

Keep the V65 adjustable-display and administration record exact

The Fanvil V65 reference keeps its adjustable display, built-in radios, optional local adapter, separate wall hardware, management credential, installed firmware and PBX-dependent keys in one exact-model acceptance path. Shared V64/V65 documentation does not merge their physical or procurement evidence.

Treat the V67 as an Android video endpoint

The Fanvil V67 reference adds an Android 9.0 application platform, built-in camera and video workflows to the desk-phone boundary. Keep the SIP service, application allowlist, camera policy, operating-system support evidence, firmware target and physical privacy shutter under separate ownership; a live product page or firmware listing does not by itself approve every embedded application or future support period.

Add the V62 Pro and V66 Pro without merging their evidence

The V62 Pro provides a compact colour display and BTH60 handset, while the V66 Pro adds a seven-inch touch interface, wireless radios and receive-side video. Keep exact model, regional package, running firmware, handset, platform evidence and service acceptance separate.
