Documented specifications
2N · 2N maintained live product, installation, configuration and support pages and listed OS 3.3.1 dated August 31, 2026 at review. This does not establish regional availability, installed hardware or firmware, support entitlement, compatible PBX, mobile-service eligibility or suitability for a particular door and life-safety design.
| Specification | Documented value |
|---|---|
| Versions and user control | Grey, bronze and black order variants are listed; the front exposes one configurable-status button Source ↗ |
| Power and network | IEEE 802.3af PoE up to 12.95 W or 12 V DC, with one 10/100BASE-TX Ethernet interface Source ↗ |
| Door and sensor I/O | One active 12 V output, one passive normally-open switch, one configurable passive or active input and a tamper switch are published; exact wiring and lock ownership remain design-specific Source ↗ |
| Audio and media | Full-duplex audio with echo cancellation; RTP, RTSP and SRTP are listed with G.711, G.729, G.722 and L16/16 kHz codecs Source ↗ |
| Camera and video | Colour camera with infrared and WDR; published video paths include RTP, RTSP, RTCP, HTTP and ONVIF Profile S with H.264, MJPEG and Axis Zipstream Source ↗ |
| Environment | Published operating range -40 to 60 °C, non-condensing humidity and IP66/IK08 enclosure ratings; installation and local acceptance remain separate Source ↗ |
| Firmware evidence at review | 2N listed OS 3.3.1 dated August 31, 2026; capture the installed version, track, release notes, integrity data and supported upgrade path before change Source ↗ |
Unlisted fields remain unverified. Platform compatibility and remaining support life require confirmation for the exact ordered model.
Identify the exact station and calling owner
Record the order variant, serial and MAC identifiers, mounting method, power source, switch port, running firmware, SIP service, account, directory target and button behavior. The shared 2N configuration manual covers the IP-intercom service model, while the exact product page carries IP One electrical, media and environmental facts.
Prove registration, intended called party, answer, hangup and recovery separately. A lit button or successful web login does not establish a usable SIP route or a protected media session.
Trace audio and video independently
The product page lists full-duplex audio, RTP-family media, SRTP capability and a separate camera stack that includes RTSP, HTTP and ONVIF Profile S. Capture SIP signaling, negotiated audio, video source, selected stream, viewer authentication and retention independently.
Test expected call audio in both directions and the required video view without transferring a protocol label into an end-to-end protection claim. A visible stream does not prove that the answering party can unlock, and an answered call does not prove the intended camera or privacy mask is active.
Design the relay and input as a physical-control system
The IP One publishes an active output, a passive normally-open switch, one input and tamper detection. Determine which output, external controller, power supply and sensor own the real door. Apply the exact installation manual ratings and preserve request-to-exit, door-position, fire-release, grounding and manual-egress requirements.
Test permitted and denied release, held or forced door, tamper, power loss and restoration under an approved procedure. A remotely accepted command is not evidence that the strike moved or the door returned to the intended state.
Separate enclosure ratings from installation acceptance
IP66 and IK08 are published enclosure claims, not evidence for the installed wall opening, gasket, cable entry, drainage, sun, salt, condensation, vandal exposure or temperature profile. Use the correct flush or surface accessories and follow the manual for mounting, sealing and service access.
Inspect the completed installation and document any environmental or impact limitations. Do not treat a product rating as a guarantee of availability, physical security or compliance for a particular site.
Protect camera, management and remote workflows
Limit who can view live or recorded images, administer the station, alter the directory, trigger door I/O or use remote services. Place the device on a controlled network, remove default or shared credentials, validate certificate trust and disable unneeded discovery, stream, API or management paths.
Define retention and disclosure rules for images, audio, access events and diagnostics. Mobile or cloud door answering must have a documented outage and credential-revocation path rather than becoming the only entry or emergency-release method.
Commission the installed version and failure states
2N listed OS 3.3.1 at review, but that does not establish one station's image or approved track. Capture the running build, back up supported configuration, read the matching release notes and preserve a recovery plan before update. Then retest boot, registration, audio, video, button, output, input, tamper, logging and dependent services.
No IP One, order variant, firmware image, SIP account, PBX, camera, stream, credential, mobile service, switch output, lock, input, tamper circuit, PoE path, availability, compatibility, price, door or emergency release was inspected or tested for this reference.
