Identify an installed P320 accurately
The P320 technical reference documents a 4.3-inch display, four line-appearance keys and gigabit Ethernet. This record helps an administrator inventory and support an existing phone without assigning the specifications of the similarly named P325. Read the underside model label and installed firmware before selecting a provisioning template.
Work within the four-button layout
The documented key allocation allows one registration with three remaining BLF or line keys. Sketch the user’s most frequent destinations and decide which deserve a dedicated button. If the operating need requires many simultaneously visible contacts, compare the P330 rather than expecting firmware to add physical controls.
